1. Information We Collect

• App Analytics: Our iPhone and iPad apps include Google Analytics for Firebase, a Google tool that records how an app is used, such as when it is opened, how long a session lasts and when a purchase is completed, together with basic device details such as model, system version and approximate location. This information is tied to a random identifier for the app installation, not to your name or your child's, and we never use it for advertising. Our Android and Apple Vision Pro apps do not use analytics.
• Profiles and Progress: The names and avatars you give your children's profiles, and their progress, coins, rewards and purchases, are stored on your device. The Apple Watch app and the iPhone and iPad widgets show this same progress and keep it on your devices.
• Newsletter: Nothing is collected unless you choose to subscribe. If you subscribe in an app or on this website, we receive the name and email address you enter and keep them with our email provider, Mailchimp, to send you educational tips and news. If you subscribed from an iPhone or iPad app, our list also records whether you have made a purchase in that app. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email.
• Messages to Us: If you write to us through the contact form on this website, we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to answer you.
• Notifications: If you allow notifications on iPhone, iPad or Android, the app registers a device token with Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send reminders and news to that device. The token identifies the device, not you or your child, and is never used for advertising.
• Purchases and Subscriptions: One-time purchases and subscriptions are paid through the App Store or Google Play, which handle the payment entirely. We never receive your payment details. The app receives only a confirmation of what was bought and whether a subscription is active, so it can unlock what you paid for.

2. Use of Information

The information collected by CreatixBox LLC is used to maintain, improve, and analyze the performance of the "Studio 4 Kids" platform and website, develop new services, and to ensure the safety and security of our services. This data is not used for commercial purposes or shared with third parties for their commercial or marketing purposes.

3. Data Security

CreatixBox LLC is committed to protecting the security of your information and takes reasonable precautions to protect it. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

4. Children's Privacy

CreatixBox LLC is committed to protecting children's privacy. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children. Should we discover that a child's personal data has been inadvertently collected, we will promptly take action to remove such information from our records.

5. Changes to Privacy Policy

CreatixBox LLC may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

6. Cookies and Analytics

This website sets cookies only if you say yes. If you accept in our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to measure visits anonymously: which pages are viewed, from which countries, and how the site performs. We use these metrics to improve the site, never for advertising or remarketing, and we keep Google's advertising features turned off. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which shows how visitors move through our pages with heatmaps and recordings of clicks, scrolls and taps; anything typed into a form is hidden from it, and like Google Analytics it is used only to improve the site. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set at all, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. The only other cookies in our systems are the strictly necessary ones used by the sign in to our content management tool, which visitors never encounter.

7. Backup and Sync Across Your Devices

On iPhone, iPad and Mac, when iCloud is on, the apps keep your children's profiles, progress and purchases in step across your devices through your own private iCloud storage. That data stays in your iCloud account, and we cannot see it. Our iPhone and iPad apps also share one small record with each other, on your device and through your private iCloud storage: which of our apps you have unlocked and when each was first opened, so a welcome offer runs on the right days.

On Android, the apps can save a copy of your children's profiles, progress, coins and purchase records to your own Google Drive, so the same progress appears on your other devices. This is off by default and only starts if a parent turns it on behind the parental gate. The copy goes to a private app folder in your Google Drive that is hidden from your files and from other apps. It stays in your Google account, not on our servers, and we never receive it. The app asks only for access to that folder, never the rest of your Drive. You can turn the backup off at any time in the app, and delete the stored copy by removing the app in your Google Drive settings.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can remove everything the apps keep on a device by deleting the app. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any email. You can ask us about your information, or ask us to delete information we hold about you, at contact@studio4kids.com, and we will answer within 30 days.
