Welcome to the "Studio 4 Kids" platform and website, provided and managed by CreatixBox LLC ("CreatixBox"). This includes a variety of educational applications, such as "Arabic for Kids," "English for Kids," "French for Kids" and "Spanish for Kids" on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, and on Android phones and tablets, "Studio for Kids" on Apple Vision Pro, any other applications released under the "Studio 4 Kids" brand, and the website associated with these applications. These Terms and Conditions apply universally to all these applications, any future additions to the "Studio 4 Kids" platform, and the website.
By accessing or using any part of the "Studio 4 Kids" platform or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use any services provided.
CreatixBox LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the applications within the "Studio 4 Kids" platform and the website solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.
All content on the "Studio 4 Kids" platform and website, including but not limited to logos, characters, music, designs, educational content, text, graphics, and images, is the exclusive property of CreatixBox or its licensors and is protected under both United States and foreign laws. Except as explicitly stated in these Terms, CreatixBox and its licensors reserve all rights in and to the platform, its content, and the website.
Users are responsible for their conduct while using the "Studio 4 Kids" platform and website. Any unauthorized use of the platform, its content, or the website is a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of your rights to use the platform and legal action.
Each app can be tried for free. You can unlock the full app with a one-time purchase or with an automatically renewing monthly or yearly subscription, and you can buy coin and character packs to use inside the app. Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy, and payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Purchases sit behind a parental gate and are meant to be made by a parent.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. On Google Play, you can cancel at any time before the renewal date. Canceling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings or in Google Play under Subscriptions.
A purchase or subscription unlocks the app in which it was made. To unlock it again on another device signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account, or after reinstalling, use Restore Purchases in the app. Refunds are requested from Apple or Google and are decided under their policies.
Coins, characters and other in-app items can be used only inside the app. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
If you downloaded an app from Apple's App Store, your use of it is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these Terms and Apple's agreement differ on the license to use the app, Apple's agreement applies.

If you downloaded an app from Google Play, your purchases are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
The "Studio 4 Kids" platform and website are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. CreatixBox LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's or website's operation or the content provided.
In no event shall CreatixBox LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the "Studio 4 Kids" platform or website.
CreatixBox LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we post the new Terms on this page and update the date at the top. Your continued use of the platform or website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
